CFO.community: bring your founder and CEO edition

On Friday, 3 November 2023, cfo.community will host its next event for CFOs, CEOs, founders and investors in Dutch-based start- and scale-ups. This special ‘Bring your CEO & Founder’ edition evolves around two topics relevant to all start-ups and scale-ups: governance and preparing for a liquidity event.

The legal experts of NautaDutilh will discuss the relationship between the company, its management and its shareholders and share the do’s and don’ts for (executive) directors, board members, and investors. They will cover best (and worst) practices and how to avoid legal trouble.

Having led many IPOs and acquisitions, the professionals from ABN Amro will guide us through the steps that maximize financial value during an exit or IPO.

The event takes place in Amsterdam and is free of charge for CFOs, CEOs, founders and (institutional) investors of Dutch-based companies. The event starts at 14:30 (walk-in), and the first session begins at 15:15. Drink and food (veg/non-veg) are catered for. The event location will be shared in the invite.
